My Day to Day Experience with Flexispot E7 Pro

I’ve been using the FlexiSpot E7 Pro Standing Desk for 2 years daily.

I’m 6’1”,  use it at ~44” standing height. My setup includes 32” monitor, 2 laptops, and other accessories with no wobble and no issues even at max height. It also helped with my lower back pain since I switch between sitting and standing during long work hours.

It also helped reduce my lower back pain because I switch between sitting and standing during long work hours.

Final Verdict

Both desks are honestly excellent, can’t say which one is clearly winner. They are both sturdy and reliable.
Uplift V3 is easier to assemble and comes with more accessories and customization options but if  you are looking for more affordable standing desk and have a heavy setup, go with Flexispot E7 Pro or I’d recommend go with Uplift V3 if the money is not an issue and looking for easier assembly.
